About Me

Founder & Director, Technology Partnerships

I am a seasoned Innovation, Technology Partnerships & Projects Director with a background in SaaS Data Applications, Tracking Systems, AI technology integration and B2B and B2C Product/platform Development. This includes technical development ,commercial execution within partnerships and channel development .

With a particular interest and experience in Cyber Security & AI technology integration and Secure Communications capabilities I have been involved in Technical Business Development and Digital Transformation Strategies and execution.

Operations and Services

Developing global strategy: I conduct market sizing, segmentation, and prioritisation of partner segments. I define strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth with partners, in the core business and expanding into new verticals and markets.

Leading Partnerships: I establish and maintain strong strategic partnerships with key partners, collaborating closely with their team to identify opportunities and drive joint initiatives. I act as the senior leadership point of contact for tech partners, aligning strategic goals and addressing their needs and concerns.

Building Business Development function: I define and execute comprehensive business development strategies to unlock longer-term revenue growth with new partner categories incl. Cloud Partners, MSPs, PE/VC firms, etc. Hiring BD team members, as needed.

Owning Tech Partner Program: I lead and drive approaches for tech partner programs, metrics, strategy, and planning.

Cross-functional influence: I collaborate and align with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, product, marketing and enablement) both within the organisation and within partner organisations to maximise impact and build a long-term partnership. Bringing feedback on opportunities and pain points to product and engineering to improve the companies offerings.
